Sr Cynthia Angeline Fernandes UFS (55) of Christa Prabha Convent, Jayapura, Chikkamagaluru diocese belonging to St Victor Church, Nellikar, Mangalore diocese, daughter of the late John Fernandes and the late Regina D’Mello, passed away on January 26, 2022.

Mortal remains will be brought to Holy Rosary Convent Chapel, Jeppu at 1 pm on Thursday January 27 followed by funeral mass at 3 pm.

My heartfelt condolences to Sr Cynthia's family members. Heartfelt condolences to SR Provincial and all the Sisters of the UFS Congregation as they lost one of their loving and faithful sisters. Sr Cynthia silently and with courage faced all issues of ill health. She suffered silently.I know Sr Cynthia coming for her treatment to Ayurveda Hospital Udyavara for a long time regularly. She was a simple and humble Ursuline sister. Sad to hear the news of her untimely death. May she rest in peace
