M Ronald Pinto (85), husband of Stella Lobo, father of Dr Shanthi / Dr Bona Tauro, Jyothi / Prakash Pereira, grandfather of Alisha, Amith, Aaron, Colin and Andrea, brother of late Herold / Winnie, the late Lydia / the late Alwyn, John / Hyacinth, the late Patrick, Elsie / Alphonse, Prescilla / Felix, Rudolf / Shalini, Clifford / Mavis & Veena / Ivan, passed away on Saturday, September 4, 2021.

Funeral on Thursday, September 9 in St Francis Xavier Church, Bejai, Mangalore. Viewing from 3:15 pm to 3:30 pm, followed by Mass and burial.

Covid protocol needs to be followed strictly.

Thank you all for your kind condolences and prayers. Thanks for those who were able to to celebrate our dad, his life, his magical mind and all the things he stood for and valued. You all have been his and our mum’s support when we both couldn’t be there in person and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this. Our heartfelt thanks to our dear family, friends, Priests, Parishioners and neighbors for all the help provided to us and our parents. May the lord grant eternal rest to our dear Dad’s soul and strength to mum and us to not dwell in the sadness of his passing but to look forward, as he would have done, to celebrate and cherish how fortunate we all are to have known him. I was saddened to hear about Mr Pinto's passing. I remember him and Mr Vinodkumar Mannagudda visiting our place in Bejai as part of their LIC work. Good man who will be missed. God rest his soul in eternal Jerusalem and also grant the fortitude to all his family members to bear this loss.
