Bendicta D'Souza (70), wife of the late Francis D'Souza, mother of Patric / Pramila, Anitha, Anil / Prema, Praveen / Reena, sister of Lilly, Sofie & Sr Hilda, grand mother of Princeton, Justin & Jenifer, passed away on August 20, 2021.

Funeral rites will be held on Sunday, August 22 at Saint Joseph the Worker Church Neermarga, Mangaluru, at 4:00 pm.

Dear Sr.Hilda I know you the most, Sophie & Lilly It's shocking, I met Bennabai in February at the death anniversary of Alicebai. We spoke many things & had lunch together. She was very happy that I introduced myself & spoke to her. Again on the following Sunday after mass, she came to me & thanked me for remembering her. I know Sr. Hilda, she took your mother's place for you all. Now let her enjoy the eternal bliss. May her soul rest in peace.

My mother was very loving. Though she was handicapped she raised her 4 children and educated us, took care of us when we were sick, remained awake the whole night when we were sick and prayed for us and with us. She was hard working. Always hid her pain and was compassionate towards others' suffering. My mom was a wonderful mother anyone could dream of. She was the best friend I had. I love my Mom. God wanted her to enjoy His company and hence took her away from me. My mom, I salute you for the wonderful, loving and caring Mom that you were! ❤
