Nancy Menezes (53), wife of Denis Michael Menezes, mother of Delan Menezes, daughter of the late Lawrence / Florine Pereira, daughter-in-law of the late Piad / Cecilia Menezes, sister of Lilly / Henry Crasta, the late John Baptist / Maria Pereira, Felix / Joyce Pereira, Steevan / Anita Pereira, sister-in-law of Sr Zeena BS, the late Frederick Menezes, Vincent Paul / Hilda Menezes and Sathurnine John / Diana Menezes, passed away on March 11, 2021.

Funeral cortege leaves residence at Konnepadavu, Hosabettu on Monday, March 15 at 9.30 am for Holy Cross Church, Hosabettu, Moodbidri. Mass at 10.00 am.

I know Nancy very little though she is my cousin's wife. Being out of the family many years hardly had contact with family members and their wives. Two years ago when I went to visit my nephew Simon I made it a point to visit Dena and his wife Nancy in Hospet with Joan my nephew's wife. She was suffering from acute arthiritis and was taken care of by her husband. Recently she suffered a lot I heard. The Lord must have understood her pains and called her to Himself. May she enjoy the bliss of heaven. Heartfelt condolences to her husband and son, his brothers and their families and to Sr. Zeena my cousin. May they all look up to the Lord for comfort in this time of sorrow.
