Uncle Ashley, and i always interacted on good food. Our conversations revolved around how we like the bangda, a particular crisp, or the baffat masala, that always went well with chicken, or offals needed to be cooked just right! In fact, we akways met over a meal. Even a formal meeting, there had to be chicken sandwiches. There was so much to learn from him, on how to value the customer, and how to ensure utmost customer satisfaction. Another thing i would akways notice is his pride and admiration for his 'baby' Ally. He was and continuous to be so proud of her achievements. Aunty Lynette, has been the Rock of Gibraltar. I've seen them sychronize and live well as a family, even when they were divided by 3 continents !
Uncle is still watching, and am certain is rustling up a storm up above. We'll miss you and celebrate you!

Our Ash was such a wonderful person to work for. A very understanding person and a great mentor for me.....Even after his retirement, always tried to be connected to keep the relationship 😢
Everyone will miss his ready smile and helpful attitude around his colleagues, no matter who they are. He was always giving compliments or a helping hand to his staff. He made sure we knew we were appreciated and we are truly going to miss him.
