Rudolph Fernandes (69), formerly of Indian Navy and Merchant Navy, husband of Irene nee Rebello, and father of Harol, Erol and Nirmal, passed away on August 26.

After retirement as officer from the Indian Navy, Rudolph served as officer of the NCC Naval Wing overseeing units in colleges under Mangalore university. He also worked in Muscat for some years.
