Mangaluru: Shakthi Education Trust organises two-day COVID-19 test camp for its employees

Mangaluru, Sep 22: Shakthi Education Trust organised a compulsory COVID-19 test for all its employees. The management members, teaching and non-teaching staff and other employees – a total of 116 people underwent COVID-19 test by the Primary Health Centre, Padil. Sanjith Naik, the secretary of Shakthi Education Trust, inaugurated the two-day camp. "Today, it is very essential to undergo this test to provide a very secure environment in school as the education department has plans of reopening schools in the near future. It becomes our duty to keep our family members secure, hence undergoing this test multiple times without any symptoms also is advisable," Naik opined.



Lab technician Yashaswini owned the responsibility of the swab test team along with Mahalaxmi and ASHA worker Sowmya. Prajna, health centre assistant, Shakthinagar made the necessary arrangements.
