Mumbai: Young man stabbed while helping workers with tea

Mumbai, Mar 28: Two unidentified men stabbed a young man while he served tea to daily wage labourers.

The incident happened at Crawford market here, in the morning of Friday. 24-year-old Mohammed Sayyed who was the victim of assault and his friends were serving tea and snacks to labourers when two unknown men arrived and began heated arguments with Sayyed. They grievously assaulted Sayyed. One of them stabbed Sayyed before fleeing. Sayyed is under treatment.

A criminal case in this connection is registered at Pydhonie police station.
