Udupi: Husband, in-laws booked for demanding dowry in Shirva

Udupi, Feb 16: A woman has given a private complaint to the court accusing her husband and family members of in-laws of harassing her for dowry and also threatening with murder. A case in this regard is registered in Shirva police station.

In the private complaint that is filed by Sabah, she says, "Along with my husband Sheikh Irfan, his family members Johara (55), Jubeida (45), Arif (35), Asiya (33), Rizwan (45) and Asma (32) have inflicted mental and physical torture on me.

Besides, they got Sheikh Irfan, my husband married for the second time. When I inquired about the second marriage with my husband all the accused hurled abuses at me using profanity and also threatened to kill me."

    Sabah,my dear,when the situation is so bad,just go to your parents ,tell them situation,get divorced and live seperately ,live your life.let your husband finance you in future.study and work ,You have peace.instead of all these problems.
