Udupi, Feb 14: Pattabhirama Rao (44) is in charge of the affairs of Sharada Credit cooperative society here.
Chandrashekar Acharya(40), resident of Kunjibettu is the examiner of gold in the society. However, it is alleged that he joined Nagaraja Acharya, and Jagadish Acharya, residents of Sunnapade, Udupi in order to cheat the society and created false weight, artificial appearance and false records with regard to the gold in the society.
Pattabhirama Rao has lodged a police complaint in this connection on the basis of private complaint in the court. Udupi town police station has registered the complaint under sections 417, 420, 406, 463, 470 and 34 IPC.
