Mumbai: Sahitya Balaga silver jubilee celebrations conclude

Mumbai, Dec 9: Sahitya Balaga concluded its silver jubilee celebrations at Mysore Association mini auditorium, Matunga east in the evening of December 8. Karnataka Sangha Mumbai vice-president, Dr S K Bhavani chaired the ceremony.

Veteran author, Dr N Mogasale who published 228 books under Nadige Namaskar scheme was felicitated.



Government officials, authors, office bearers and leaders of various organizations were present.

Sahitya Balaga Mumbai president, H B L Rao welcomed the gathering. Dr Jyothi Sathish compered the programme. Joint secretary, G S Nayak rendered the vote of thanks. Sahana Bharadhway performed classical dances, Padmavati U Bhat and team performed Janapada dances. Natya Vidhushi Maitri Rao Bengaluru group performed Bharathnatyam.
