Udupi, Sep 14: The central mantralaya of drinking water and cleanliness has set in motion nationwide movement for cleanliness and hygiene in the rural community.

Shirva St Mary College principal Professor Rajan V N administered oath under clean India campaign to NCC, NSS, ECA and Rangers and Rovers unit students in the college.

Local leaders of respective units, students, teaching and non teaching staff were present.

Rangers leader Professor Sushma welcomed. NSS officer Professor Premnath rendered vote of thanks. College NCC officer Lieutenant Professor K Praveen Kumar explained the purpose of the programme and compered it.
