Mangaluru: St Aloysius Gonzaga School celebrates Colours Day

Mangaluru, Jul 19: The kindergarten section of St Aloysius Gonzaga School, on Thursday July 18 celebrated 'Colours Day' with great fun and enthusiasm.

Patsy D'Souza, principal of Nisarga Play School, Kadri, was the chief guest.

Principal, Fr Melwyn Anil Lobo SJ and vice principal Jacintha D Costa were the other dignitaries present.

The chief guest appreciated the efforts of the school and the parents in nurturing their children. She spoke on the importance of colours and wished the students to brighten up the world like the different colours.



Comparing tiny tots to God’s angels, the principal in his address expressed his views on the positive effects of colours in one’s life.

The students' enthusiasm and confidence in compering the programme, delivering the welcome address, significance of the day, vote of thanks was appreciated by all.
During the same occasion the pre-KG section was also inaugurated by the chief guest.
