Kundapur: Cattle theft case - Four policemen suspended

Daijiworld Media Network – Kundapur (MS)

Kundapur, Jul 18: With regards to the cattle theft case reported from the town, district superintendent of police Nisha James spoke to media on Thursday, July 18 and said, “Four police personnel, who supported illegal cattle trafficking are suspended. Black sheep are there in other departments also. But majority of police personnel are working honestly and sincerely, day and night, at the check post and highways.

“We all are working sincerely in the department. We have detained a 12-wheel lorry and an Indica car that was guiding the truck with the route. Six accused are arrested. Four have been taken to police custody.

“Important points were noticed during the investigation. According to the accused, six policemen are involved in the act of illegal trafficking of cattle. I feel very disappointed that police personnel are also supporting the cattle theft. One should not generalize the department. Investigation will be held in a transparent manner.

“We have clearly instructed to all the five accused that henceforth they should not get involved in any cases of cattle theft. A parade was called at sub-division level to warn them. If we come across any illegal activities, we will take action against them.

“Armed head constable Santhosh Shetty, working at Malpe and the other four policemen namely Raghavendra, head constable, Kota station, PSI Balasubrahmanya, DAF, Prashanth, head constable, and Chandrashekhar, constable are absconding now.

“The four from Udupi district and two from Uttara Kannada district were hand in glove with the illegal cattle traffickers.”

The strength of the department is more than 1,000 and only four are accused,” she said.

These police men who are suspended deserve this.. they insult and make fun of others.... Madidunno maharaya... when others were in trouble one of the police man who is suspended used to mock at those who were in trouble.... each and every person will have his story.. hope now he will realise the fact that no one are gods or saints.. or sometimes without any mistake of a person they will be punished..

Without prejudice.., this is my ... "man-ki baath",

An eye opener…., all REAL HINDU’s must take note of the matter…, there is no marks for smart guess…., as to How come the Gau Rakshak’s & Gau Shalaa palaks’s become filthy rich within a short span of time…..!!!
Though I may be wrong…,. In my view, the Police officer may need increased protection more than much deserved appreciation….!!! Coz’ may be this would have caused indigestion….!!!!

There is nothing great what the SP is saying. All in the athi buddivanatara jille know that without the blessings and help of right wing groups and police illegal cattle trafficking is impossible.
There are many more black sheeps doing all kind of illegal activities in police department including drugs etc.
Very difficult to bell the cat as the total system, admininstration and country is corrupted.
Only Lord brahma can save this sanatana country
