Mangaluru: Counsellor held for sending obscene messages to woman

Mangaluru, Jul 16: The city cyber crime police have arrested a person from Nehru Nagar in Puttur Padnoor, identified as Girish K P.

Girish has been accused of sending sexually explicit pictures and obscene messages to a married woman.

The distressed woman is employed in the city. She had complained to the police that the above person had been sending her unwanted pictures and messages through WhatsApp.

The accused is a personal counsellor by profession and used to undertake counselling by visiting educational institutions.

    Now all social medias have the option of blocking messages if we found a wrong person. However, senders should be careful that if a person is receiving and seeing your wrong messages and photos the person might be collecting enough from you to put you in jail.

    without the person being on your contact list whatsapp does not deliver the message...without your consent....once delivered, the media files have to be explicitly downloaded...after this whatsapp gives the option to block the sender or report the sender for any undesirable content...any time user can block the sender...as per report above, he sent not one but many offensive messageS / pictureS....

    Yabbaaa... Yuckkkkkkkkkkkkk ....such people cause severe depression to the patients...students in particular.. He doesn't have wife and children... Better to show such things to them and get happiness than sending to the third person and cause then trouble ? Really how to build confidence in such cases? "ಬೇಲಿಯೇ ಹೊಲವನ್ನು ಮೇಯ್ದರೆ" ????????

    My dear georji sir...your question is... "Is his family so bad like him?"...well my question for you is "are those ladies whom he was harrassing, as bad as this man? This filthy man goes to school for counseling.. Are those kids as bad as this man... ? Certainly not.. He can show such stuff to his wife and not to other unknown ladies or kids or whoever those who go for counseling. Wife is his better half.     Mr Shrikant, Bagalkothe, looking at your comments it looks like you didnt get a seat in any of the British/Portuguese established schools/colleges that is the reason your annoyed . From your comments it looks like you too have experience of drinking wine in the morning . Coming to the issue , educated people making crimes like this is an absolute shame to the society . Since he is a counsellor I think he very well knows how cyber crime can catch such shameful acts . I hope the victim gets justice .
