Mangaluru, Jun 12: The third day of Triduum in preparation for the annual feast was celebrated at Milagres Church, on June 12. Dr Aloysius Paul D’Souza, Bishop Emeritus of Mangaluru diocese, was the main celebrant. He prayed for the families of the devotees and blessed all the faithful present.
Designate Director of ICYM (Youth) of the diocese preached the homily. Everyone expects good from others. As such we should be the first to do good to others, and then expect others to do good to us, he said.
Fr Onil D’Souza, the Director of the Shrine led the Novena prayers.
Assistant Directors of the Institute, Fathers Thrishan D’Souza and Roshan D’Souza were present along with more than a thousand devotees.
