Mangaluru: Driver loses control over Audi car, hits tanker near Bondel

Mangaluru, Mar 22: A driver of an Audi car lost control over it and hit a tanker from rear end near Bondel Junction on Friday, March 22.

The car from Maharashtra jumped over the divider after the driver lost control over it, moved on to the other side of the road hit a tanker and came to a halt near a bus stand.

The front portion of the car was completely damaged in the mishap. However, the person who was driving the car did not suffer any injuries.

The tanker owned by Maravoor Water Supply Company was heading towards Kavoor.

A case relating to this accident was registered at Kavoor police station.

Over speeding and lack of proper road safety measures is said to be the main reasons for frequent accidents on airport road.
