Udupi, Feb 10: The educational institutions, teachers and the parents must help children to become responsible citizens of the country by preserving culture and tradition.

Addressing a meeting with parents, management Trustee Bandya Subhaschandra Shetty, of Gurukula institution said that scoring good marks in exams is not enough. "Parents and the schools must help the students to be the ambassadors of Indian culture."

Principal Arvind Marali on the occasion told the students how to write annual exams in a successful manner.

Management Trustee Anupama Shetty was present on the occasion.

Suman and Babitha, teachers of the school compered.
