Chamarajanagar, Sep 23: "I am addressed as anti-Hindu. But I am not. I will question not only Modi, if Rahul Gandhi becomes the prime minister I will continue to question him too. It is my right," said national award winning actor Prakash Rai.

Addressing young farmers during a seminar held by state farmers association, Rai said, "Today, farmers are interested in cultivating various crops but are in loss. They are forced to urge the government to waive off their loans taken for agriculture which is saddening.

"I will stand in support of farmers. The movement started by farmers should not be curbed," Rai said assuring his support to the farmers’ community.

    yes everyone has the right to question anyone. that is the beauty of democracy. but we should not misuse that in the name of freedom of speech or freedom of rights. the merit of question will be decided by time of question, intention of that question, outcome of question, motive behind the question etc... we should not ask any question for publicity. at the same time your question should not target a single person everytime. if it so, then behind your question there is some hidden agenda.

    When you have the right to question others, others also have the right to question you.

    You think you only have the right to question but not others.

    When you question certain beliefs of Hindu they have the right to answer back. But you call that as intolerance. Many beliefs do not have logical answers but it is only left for the believers to follow.

    Who are you to stop him and give advice when he simply made it clear that political class has to be questioned.
    That's it.
    See 56" chaiwala never come on press conferences to answer the people of the country.

    One best example was he asked for a glass of water and ran away from Karan Thapar's show within few minutes and today Karan Thapar was cornered along with best of the media journalist because Chaiwala knows very well that he is unfit to debate. Even Rahul Gandhi has learned much more to answer to the people of this country from last 4 years and that is the true leader's calibre.

    Prakash Rai, has become the voice of many many people with sensible reasoning power.

    He starting asking questions after murder of his friend. He respected her and regarded her. Was it wrong? When there was reasonable evidence suggest, it could be the act of outfits, that call themselves as protector of Hindu's. Why she murdered and who murdered her? That was the only question from a hindu and a friend.

    The way Modi led BJP tried to slander his image, it was all crystal clear. BJP wants to protect the criminals who murdered, so want him to shut up, so that the incidence is forgotten. It is for all of us to stand by him and seek justice. Otherwise, we all are giving a license to the killers to keep their blood thirst.

    First, I want to correct you. Our freedoms are not granted by Hinduism but are granted by the constitution.
