Udupi: After two outlets in Mangaluru, 'myHangers' laundry comes to Manipal

Udupi, Aug 19: The third outlet of 'myHangers', a modern laundry shop established by Renwick Mendonca was inaugurated near Central Cinemas, Manipal here on Sunday, August 19.

The laundry service was inaugurated by Rodwin and Ida Mendonca, parents of Renwick Mendonca. Prior to the inauguration, Fr Frederick D’Souza, parish priest of Christ Church, Manipal, blessed the shop.

“myHangers laundry and dry cleaning service is established in Manipal to cater to students and families’ needs over here. We have two outlets running in Mangaluru. We wanted to introduce the third in Manipal. We are using premium machinery from US such as Speed Queen and Electrolux Lagoon for dry cleaning purpose. We give importance to quality at ‘myHangers’. We know that only with quality, we can build a good customer base,” Renwick Mendonca said.

He urged customers to come down to laundry shop and test the quality service. “We use eco-friendly chemicals (Christeyns brand) and customers clothes are handled with utmost care,” he added.

myHangers offer facilities such as computerized tagging, SMS service and premium packing facility. The firm offers free pick-up and delivery of clothes.

Randolph Mendonca, Shawn Sheldon Mendonca, his brothers and advocate Hamjath Hejamady were present.
