Mangaluru: Absconding murder accused Andrew Suresh Rodrigues nabbed

Mangaluru, Jul 9: An absconding murder accused was arrested by Mangaluru South police on Monday, July 9.

The arrested is Andrew Suresh Rodrigues. He is now sent to judicial custody.

He was detained at Goa airport as a look-out notice was issued against his name.

During questioning, it was revealed that the accused was also involved in a murder of one Kumar and was booked by Mangaluru North police.

He was produced before the court. The chief judicial magistrate 2nd court sent him to judicial custody till July 23.

    I know Andrew personally and he has been falsely accused in the murder case which happened in 2014,.....may God give you all the strength and you will come out clean in this case dear Andrew...

    Look, everybody, Andrew is innocent and he has been put under the blame as I know him very well personally and never intends to do this to anybody rather he is very helpful to those who have approached him with problems or necessities. Now that he is been blamed for all wrong reasons, he needs support from all who have received help from him as I am also one among whom he has helped with the job. God will surely help him to come out of this mess.
