New Delhi, May 28 (IANS): The New Delhi Municipal Council has announced the e-auction of three premium hotels, including Taj Mansingh, for a licence period of 33 years.
The last date for submission of bids for Taj Mansingh, with 292 rooms, The Connaught, with 85 rooms and Hotel Asian International, with 38 rooms, is June 7 and the auction will be conducted on June 19, 20 and 21, respectively.
"The NDMC announces the launch of e-auctions of license rights of an iconic 5-star hotel property situated at 1, Mansingh Road, another hotel property situated at 37, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg and a tourist lodge situated at 1, Janpath Lane.
"All the three properties are located at the heart of New Delhi and have excellent connectivity to major demand centres and transportation hubs," it said in a notification.
The e-auction will be conducted through MSTC, a government company.
