SC says no to urgently hear plea against Congress-JD(S) invite to form government

New Delhi, May 22 (IANS): The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused urgent hearing on a plea filed by the Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha (ABHM) challenging Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala's decision to invite the alliance of the Congress and the JD(S) to form a government in the state.

The petition was mentioned before a bench of Justice A.M. Khanwilkar and Justice Navin Sinha which refused to give urgent hearing, saying the petition would be heard in due course.

The plea, filed by Advocate Barun Kumar Sinha, said: "Such fraudulent, opportunist, collusive, tactics between these two political parties have defrauded the electorate of Karnataka which is against the basic structure of the Constitution of India."

The Governor was bound to consider the concept of popular government in a parliamentary democratic system and the opportunistic post-poll coalition has to be disregarded by the Governor keeping in view the people's will, the Hindu outfit's plea said.

JD(S) legislative party leader Kumaraswamy will take oath as Chief Minister on Wednesday.

Kumaraswamy was invited by the Governor to form the government as the leader of the JD(S) legislative party with the support of the Congress.

The invitation came a few hours after Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislature party leader B.S. Yeddyurappa on May 19 stepped down as the Chief Minister ahead of his trust vote as his party with 104 seats fell seven seats short of a simple majority (111) in the 224-member hung Assembly.

This is the second time Kumaraswamy, the son of JD(S) supremo and former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda, will be the Chief Minister of the southern state, 12 years after the JD(S) formed a coalition government with the BJP on February 4, 2006 and remained in office for 20 months.

That is the "irony of our Hindu centric agenda" of this beautiful country with multi language, religion & cultures.
Today in the name of fasicm no one follows vikas(development)what was preached 4 years ago only vinaash(destruction) can seen everywhere.

Anybody cares for why don't they stop looting public money in the guise of taxes from petrol & diesel.
One nation but no GST applicable because how will they offer crores to buy legislators otherwise!!!

The last leg of NAMO era(one year left out of 5) is with dozens of questions to be answered to the electorate.

Only Hindu agenda won't feed your stomach by these unethical politicians....be it any party they belong to..."Only & only" development and vikas of the poor and middle class of this grea8 nation with the youth who wants jobs (not pakoda sellers) will decide in 2019.

"You can't fool all the people all the times".

We fight in the name of religion....
Those who want to loot they are enjoying because of our foolishness.
    You can live without religion...
You cannot live without food and water.
There won't be a poor in our country, if all religions take care of their own religion people. I am sure there won't be conversions, love jihad and ghar wapasi...
We can live without paying tax to the Government....
And no one will fight for ministers post....
    No corruptions....

    Very well said Narendra Kumar...
Today all the social media as well as the TV channels invite political leaders only to discuss about the religion issues and votes from different communities. We elected political leaders to solve the basic mankind issues such as health, education, clean food, clean water, jobs..etc.. No TV channels or no politicians ready to discuss on these issues.... and we too pass comments and communalize along with the political leaders and forgotten why we elected them...20 years back Udupi / Mangalore was a peaceful city without religious differences. Today we need to understand...who brought these differences between us and made our peaceful state as a battleground. Let us not listen to these politicians instead question them for the work what they suppose to do for us.

You are real foul in not taking the opertunity to leave India. Even Shri Krishna of Udupi and Langu of Belman has left India with Hare Ram & hare Krishna cult members. It is real Moksha (heaven) in America, Canada, and other developed countries.

The only ultimate solution to all this is get rid of EVMs once for all and introduce ballot papers. It will be black and white. Period.
