Mamata Banerjee to meet Sharad Pawar, Rahul Gandhi; KCR in a fix

Hyderabad, Mar 22 (Deccan Chronicle): The decision of West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee to attend the meeting planned by National Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar and to meet Congress president Rahul Gandhi and United Progressive Alliance chairperson Sonia Gandhi, has put Telengana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao in a fix. He wants an anti-BJP and anti-Congress federal front, and two days ago, the two Chief Ministers discussed such a formation. But they obviously disagree on the parties that should constitute the front.

Sharad Pawar will be holding a meeting of anti- BJP parties on March 27 in Delhi on the request of Congress president Rahul Gandhi and Ms Banerjee has indicated that she will be attending it. She believes that the Congress should be in the front while KCR wants neither the Congress nor the BJP.

History repeats always. Indians have a problem with unity. Our main mission when we begin our educational journey is this. "beta you must be first in class" Every kid is infused with this idea by parents, but we ignore one fact that ONLY ONE CAN BE THE FIRST. Here we have failed to make everyone FIRST due to so many obvious SELF DESIRES and therefore, we cannot come into terms with anyone. So the saying goes perfect with Indians, Fight between 2 and the 3rd is always benefited. Look at how British came to trade but captured, then we have democracy, where everyone wants to be the PM or President. So we must work towards making everyone FIRST, irrespective of their caste or creed or region etc. So if we have the intentions to root out evil and move the Country from developing to developed, we need to compromise with our individual vested interests and make a common platform under the best available umbrella. Jai Hind, Jai Bharat.

This was predicted by yours truly. Mamata is a smart lady and realizes very well that people like KCR, Jethmalani are BJP agents are trying to weaken the opposition in the guise of forming a third front. KCR is helping the BJP probably in exchange for the BJP to allow his party the TRS to retain power in Telangana in the next assembly elections and not swallow them up which the BJP are capable of doing with their election machine might.
On the other hand Mamata's TMC are confident of beating the BJP in Bengal. Moreover, Mamata has genuine opposition and dislike for the BJP and the Modi government's policies, pathetic performance and ideological make up. She wants to strengthen the opposition with parties that are capable of contributing LS seats and can genuinely pose a challenge to oust the BJP and the Modi government in the next LS elections in 2019 or whenever they are held.
