Udupi: 'Karnataka One' citizen service inagurated

Udupi, Dec 16: "All services should be available under one roof, which will be convenient to the general public," said minister Pramod Madhwaraj after inaugurating the Karnataka One center opposite Diana talkies near Kukkikatte, Udupi.

The minister also said that the government is implementing this service for the public in order to avoid the hassle of running from pillar to post to avail the various services provided by the government. Most of the services like ration and Aadhar card, electricity, passport application and bus pass application payments are available in this center.

As per the minister, this is the first center in the district and four more centers will open soon.



Meenakshi Madhava Bannanje, president of town municipality, Priyanka Mary Francis, district commissioner, Shivanand Kapashi, CEO, zilla panchayat, Shantaram Salavankar, member of town municipality and others were present on the occasion.
