No more tags on hand bags in Mangaluru International Airport

Mangaluru, Dec 15: Hand bags are exempted from tagging at pre Embarkation security check points in Mangaluru International Airport from December 15, informed airport director V V Rao in a press release.

The airport has been declared ‘Silent Airport’ in order to provide silent environment for passengers, the statement adds.

‘There will be no announcements in the terminal building from January 2, 2018. However the concerned airline officials will take special care of specially-abled passengers regarding their travel needs,’ says the press release.
