Wine is a good and healthy drink. But for diabetics it is dangerous.

This is indeed a very good initiative. Wine is a healthy drink. Certainly better than alcohol and spirits like whisky, brandy, rum, gin etc.

There are some adverse comments regarding this promotion. In the bible one reads that at the marriage in Cana Our Lord converted water into wine.

Taken in moderation wine is a very healthy drink.

Kudos to the organisers of this event.

Whole day I work, no rest, makes me so blue
Want some rest, out of this mess, I dream of my love
Charmed at looking you in the bottle, inviting me to kiss
Nothing left for me, than you, dear wine, elixir of my life.

1 Timothy 5:20-25King James Version (KJV)
21 I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.

22 Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men's sins: keep thyself pure.

23 Drink no longer water, but use a little wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities.

24 Some men's sins are open beforehand, going before to judgment; and some men they follow after.

25 Likewise also the good works of some are manifest beforehand; and they that are otherwise cannot be hid.
