Kasargod, Nov 22: After a lorry hit a motor bike at Periya in the district on national highway 66 on Tuesday, November 21 morning, the rider of the motor bike died. He has been identified as Muttu (20), son of Yamuna from Hubballi.
Parashu (30), who was co-worker of Muttu and was riding the pillion, suffered injuries. He was admitted into the hospital.
It is learnt that the lorry was moving at considerable speed when it hit a motor bike carrying labourers hailing from outside the state.
