Bengaluru: K J George won't quit, let Yeddyurappa resign first, challenges Dinesh

Bengaluru, Sep 20: Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee Working President Dinesh Gundu Rao on Wednesday asserted that BJP leaders, including its chief ministerial candidate B S Yeddyurappa, have no moral right to demand the resignation of Bengaluru Development Minister K J George merely because the Supreme Court has asked the CBI to probe the alleged suicide of DySP M K Ganapathy and submit the report in three months.

"The deadline for K J George to resign by September 26 is meaningless," the KPCC working President said and declared that the minister will not quit over the BJP demand or threat of staging dharna.

Dinesh Gundu Rao said let Yeddyurappa and other BJP leaders stage dharna for any number of days but the Congress party will not budge due to false allegations or trumped up charges.

"Why should K J George resign? Is there an FIR registered against him," he asked and pointed out that the minister had resigned once and was reinstated after the CID probe cleared him.

However, the KPCC Working President said there are several BJP leaders in the State and at the Centre against whom FIRs have been registered and court cases are under progress. Cases of serious corruption charges, murder and even rape have been lodged in the FIRs. "Has anybody in the State or at the Centre resigned?," he asked and pointed out that Yeddyurappa himself was facing several cases and FIRs have been registered and he had even spent three weeks in jail.

"Let the BJP leaders first prove their commitment and probity by asking Yeddyurappa to quit his post," he said and made it clear that K J George was not facing any case nor any FIR has been registered.

The KPCC Working President mentioned that the apex court had not passed any strictures against K J George nor made any adverse remarks. The apex court has merely directed the CBI conduct a probe afresh or continue the ongoing investigation and submit the report within three months and had not made any comment on the case. It has merely asked the CBI to ascertain the nature of the offence and find out who committed it, he said.

"We welcome the Supreme Court’s referring the case to CBI. Both the party and the government are ready to face any independent and honest probe," he said and made it clear that the people can see through BJP’s game of hit and run politics by levelling false allegations and not bothering to provide any proof.

CBI while probing the circumstances leading to the unfortunate act should also investigate the dubious and biased role of the Police Officer in unleashing brutality on unarmed and silent protesters in Sept 2008 in the aftermath of the infamous Church Attacks by goons of some fascist outfit.

This is called as "Complete Protection & justification of the corrupts" by protecting KJGeorge under the aegis of the Siddramaiah government. Looting process of the poor tax payers money has been done since ages by the Khangress. Along with George, DK Shivakumara is also protected as per the "Protection of Corrupt Congress Politicians Act". Under this daylight thieves like, Spectrum A Raja, 'Common'wealth Suresh, P.Chidambara, big man Mallikharjuna Kharge, of course multi trillion dollar credit suise account holder Sonia Gandhi Empire along with Rahul's Empire etc. are protected.

But I need clarification for the post I have sent. So you are diverting the topic to PM Modi as you don't have any answer to my above post. Haha..

There is no problem with your topic change. Just wait for the GST process to get over on the things you have told. As congress has misled the nation since India's independence, it takes time for PM Modiji to steady the GST.

It means that you are purely supporting the State Government's protection of the corrupts & criminals. You don't have an answer for protection of corrupts KJ George, DK Shivakumara, Sonia etc.
