Jerry Vincent Dias elected first president of Udupi CREDAI

Udupi, Jul 13:  Dr Jerry Vincent Dias, managing director of the city-based Mandavi Real Estate Developers, has been chosen as the first president of the city unit of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI-Udupi), for the year 2017 – 18.

The newly elected office bearers of CREDAI Udupi happen to be Manohar Shetty of Sai Radha Groups of Corners (vice president), Joyan Lewis of Nissi Infinity Pvt. Ltd. ( general secretary), Amith Nayak of Archana Projects (joint secretary), Nanda Kumar of Nanda Kumar Associates ( Joint Secretary), Sudhir Shetty of Kirthi Constructions (Treasurer) and Ranjan Kalkura of Kalkura Developers ( Relationship Co – Coordinator)

CREDAI Udupi will be officially launched on July 15. The district level body, which is affiliated to CREDAI Karnataka, addresses the district level problems and holds members’ meet on a regular basis to share industry information, to address and resolve any concerns.

During the launching ceremony V L Jagadish Babu, chairman, Credai Karnataka, Shankar Shastri, president, Credai Karnataka, Austin Roach, president elect, Credai Karnataka, Pushparaj Jain, vice president, Credai Karnataka, Hemanth, joint secretary, Credai Karnataka and D. B. Mehta, president Credai Mangaluru will be present.
