Indian women opt to field against West Indies in World Cup

Taunton, June 29 (IANS): The Indian women's team won the toss and opted to bowl in their second World Cup group match against the previous edition's runners-up West Indies at the County Ground here on Thursday.

While the India team was unchanged, the Caribbean side made one change with Kyshona Knight replacing Shakera Selman.

Teams
India: Punam Raut, Smriti Mandhana, Mithali Raj (Captain), Harmanpreet Kaur, Dipti Sharma, Mona Meshram, Shikha Pandey, Jhulan Goswami, Ekta Bisht, Sushma Verma (WK), Poonam Yadav.

West Indies: Hayley Matthews, Felicia Walters, Stafanie Taylor (Captain), Deandra Dottin, Merissa Aguilleira (WK), Kyshona A Knight, Chedean Nation, Shanel Daley, Afy Fletcher, Anisa Mohammed, Shamilia Connell.
