What is the use in catching them? Till their retirement their cases are not finalised. Catch them and punish them within a stipulated period. There is doubt whether Govt. supports them ?

What is the end result of all these raids? Is it 50:50? The best solution is to make a law to deposit the proceeds equally to all the Aadhaar card holders.
