Mangaluru, May 5: 'Celena Heights' apartments, the latest project by Land Trades Builders and Developers, was launched at Kottara Chowki here with a Bhoomi Puja on Friday May 5.

Priest of Kadri Temple, Shankar Alevooraya performed the Bhoomi Puja and parish priest of Most Holy Redeemer Church, Derebail, Fr Austin Peris blessed the construction site and the foundation stone.

MLA of Mangaluru South constituency J R Lobo laid the foundation stone and released the brochure of the new project.

Director of Land Trades Builders and Developers, Srinath Hebbar welcomed the guests with bouquets. Deputy mayor of Mangaluru City Corporation Rajaneesh, former mayor Shashidhar Hegde, corporator Naveen D'Souza, CREDAI-Mangaluru president D B Mehta, Vishwa Bunts Association president Sadanand Shetty were present.

Spread over an expanse of 1.05 acres of land, 'Celena Heights' is situated in the quiet residential locality of Kottara and offers close proximity to Infosys Technologies and Kottara Chowki junction.
