Mangaluru: Statue of Mary brought to Paldane church, marking her apparition at Fathima

Mangaluru, April 6: The statue of Mary, being kept in all Churches for three days for prayer and adoration was sent from Kelarai St Ann's Church to Paldane St Theresa Church in procession on Thursday,  April 6.

The event is being held to mark the apparition of Mary to three children in Fathima, Portugal hundred years ago.













Kelarai church parish priest Fr Joachim Fernandes, assistant parish priest Fr Vishal Monis, St Theresa Church parish priest Fr Victor Vincent Menezes, Paldane Parish Pastoral council Vice president Roshan Lasrado, secretary Veena Lobo and Kelarai church Parish Pastoral council Vice president Herald Mascarenhas were present.
