when ever we mention avoid such late night journeys and also early morning drives unless you are a very experience driver... this itself is a reason for the accident and early morning drive is very very dangerous... either you will be drowsy or opponent drivers could be drowsy... if they mis-drive also you will end up hitting the accident. or you yourself may become drowsy and hit the divider or road side trees... Yes, we can blame the infrastructure , but EOD you lost your life... nobody else.

It is not any God's wish. It is poor infrastructure in the country. The country should strive to prevent/reduce such recurring accidents. Lazy people blame things o. God and demons.
