Udupi: BJP failed to achieve its agenda of Congress-mukt Bharat, says Pramod Madhwaraj

Daijiworld Media Network - Mangaluru (HB)

Udupi, Mar 11: Expressing happiness over Congress victory in Punjab, and responding to the BJP's landslide wins in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, minister for fisheries and youth empowerment and district in-charge minister, Pramod Madhwaraj said that BJP had failed to achieve its hidden agenda of making the nation free of Congress party.

Addressing mediapersons on Saturday, March 11, he said, "BJP's dreams of Congress-mukt Bharat are shattered. They were unsuccessful in Punjab, Goa and Manipur and could manage victories only in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.

"Congress has to take this verdict seriously. Party workers have to work hard in order to strengthen the party from the ground level. I would like to congratulate the people of Punjab, Goa and Manipur, who supported Congress."

Speaking on demonetisation, Madhwaraj said that the public does not realise the impact of the note ban. "It will take a certain amount of time for a big impact. According to one of the economists, demonetisation has pushed the country 10 years back in economic development. At present, people think that demonetisation will effect only the rich, but it is sure that even the poor will feel its effect in the future."

Expressing confidence about Congress' victory in the Karnataka Assembly elections next year, the minister said, "Congress has to concentrate more on states where Hindi is a primary language. The party has to fix all its loopholes to face the elections next year. Congress' victory in Goa will have its effects in Belagavi too. Congress will definitely win with a clear majority in Karnataka."

Its time Mr Pramod to introspect the defeat and look beyond and form new strategies. As you cry victory in Punjab, BJP has already started campaigning in Ktaka since last year for 2018 elections. Just stop this 'blame game' and do some constructive work that the party could boast off. Or else the only consolation Cong would have in the future is 'Rahul Gandhi being declared as the Prime Minister of Ullal'.

    Dear Jossey,
I want to highlight 1 thing to you regarding UP election result.
There is a regional Party called Apna Dal headed by Union Minister Mr. Anupama Patel. Apna dal contested for 11 assembly seats and won 9. Which is 2 + to congress tally of 7. Don’t forget that congress contested for 105 assembly seat. According to calculation seat share congress reached to 5th or 6th in State where as earlier they were talking to form govt. and appointed Mrs. Sheila Disit as CM candidate. And current scenario is they reached to single digit (1.73% of total Assembly seat and only 3.46% of Minimum required to form govt.).
What was more humiliating for the Congress is that it lost all the four Assembly seats in Amethi, a region considered to be the grand old party's pocket borough. Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi represents Amethi in Lok Sabha and despite the party using its 'star campaigner' Priyanka Gandhi to campaign for it in the region, voters rejected it.
And BJP fight entire election based on Development, not based on temple or Cast. BSP contested only based on Caste (as she expressed how BJP got Muslim votes), SP-CONG contested based on demonetization and surgical strike,
Congress development issues were limited to coconut juice and Mango factory, People of UP showed congress that they are not fool to believe RG if he wear tore kurtha and do dramas.
To be frankly SP is deserved to get more seats if they contest alone instead of going with Congress.
People believed in Modi and happy with Central govt performance, accepted demonetization, supported modi in Surgical strikes, understand Drama of RG, and voted for more development under MODI leadership.

they would have won if they promissed development,
they would have won if they not do tore kurtha drama,
they would have won if they teach RG that mangos not made by factory,
they would have won if they explain RG that Demonitization benifitted country
they would have won if they supported govt when surgical strike done for country,
they would have won if they not blamed MODI as adopted son and accept that RG is adopted son from Italy
they would have won if they not looted India for 6 decades,
they would have won if they supported Indians instead supporting terrorist
they would have won if they accepts that they looted India,
they would have won if they not cheated Indians
they would have won if they thought about developments instead of dramas.
they would have won if they not done drama in dadri
they would have won if they visited poor village and do development instead visiting to see dead body and do drama
