Perth, Jan 19 : Pakistan cricket team, after the second ODI victory at Melbourne, playing to continue thier positive performance here in Perth. After put in to bat by Australian captain steve Smith, Pakistan made cautious start. Though captain Mohammad Hafeez gone for 4 (LBW Hazlewood), Sharjeel Khan and Babar Azam lifted the Pakistani spirit to take a partnership of 49 runs before Khan got clean bowled of T Head for 50.

Pakistan is playing with the same final XI which they defeated Australia on Jan 15th. But Australia brought in Peter Handscomp for injured Mitchell Marsh. Mitchell Starc has been rested.

It is to be noted that,in Perth, Pakistan has lost less matches than they won. Thier last victory came in the year 2005.
