Dubai, Mar 12: In-Land Group, one of the foremost and top professional real estate builders of Mangaluru with a passion for excellence, has now opened its doors for investors in Dubai with a state-of-the-art location situated in 304-1, Zabeel Business Centre, behind Karama post office, Karama, Dubai.

Winner of five Awards for Excellence, In-Land Group on Friday March 11 arranged 'Real Estate Investment Seminar' at its Dubai office which was attended by close associates and media representatives. A few investors quickly booked apartments during the event.

Shodhan Prasad, a well-wisher of the group opened the seminar welcoming the attendees and briefing on the investment viz, what, why and where to invest. He detailed on different options of investment and said that the only option which attracts good returns are investments in realty sector. An investment should be an attractive asset which should be purchased with the hope that it would for sure generate good income in the future, he said. He also added that one of the most compelling reasons for one to invest is the prospect of not having to work the entire life.

"The bottom line is, there are only two ways to make money; by working and/or by having your assets work for you. If you keep your money in your back pocket instead of investing it, your money doesn't work for you and you will never have more money than what you save. By investing your money in a proper channel, you are getting your money to generate more money by earning interest on what you put away or by buying and selling assets that increase in value," Shodhan said.

He then introduced the main pillar of In-Land Group, Siraj Ahamed, the CMD who has strived hard to become one of the most reputable dynamic personalities in the real estate industry and who has built very many quality homes for customers and fulfilled their dream of owning a home through In-Land Group. Siraj briefed the attendees on over 48 of his completed quality projects in and around Mangaluru and said that every second building in the residential areas are of In-Land Group.
