Mangalore, Apr 19:  A J Hospital Research Centre and Rotary Club Mangalore east 3180 are jointly organizing a free Check-up camp for Heart and kidney related diseases on April 30 to May 12 at A J hospital.

Eversince A J Hospital and Research Centre was established 5 years ago, the hospital has conducted many camps in association with NGOs such as Rotary Club, Lions Club and many others. Thousands of people have benefited from these camps.

At this camp the following will be offered free:

  • Consultation for Urology/Nephrology, Ultrasound. 
  • Kidney transplant and all other urology procedures like kidney stone removal, prostate gland and other kidney related disease at a concessional rate.
  • People with the kidney stone, prostate related problems and renal failure can avail the camp benefits.
  • Cardiology and cardiac surgery consultation, ECG and Echocardiogram and TMT will be offered free and Angioplasty and other cardiac procedures at a concessional rate and Angiogram at Rs 4,500, bypass surgery and Open Heart Surgery at Rs 60,000.

People with Congenital heart disease, coronary heart disease, rheumatic heart disease and those who require bypass and open heart surgery can avail the camp benefits.

Camp participants are compulsorily required to register their names by calling 0824- 2229601.
