Mangaluru, May 26: Land Trades Builders and Developers' latest project 'Maurishka Palace' will be inaugurated on Friday May 29 at 6 pm at the project premises in Kadri Kambala road here.
K Shrinath Hebbar, MD, Land Trades Builders and Developers announced this at a press meet on Tuesday May 26 in Hotel Deepa Comforts.
"The 'Maurishka Palace' apartment is our dream project. True to our reputation, Land Trades has completed the project in record time of 38 months and exactly on schedule. The construction work of 'Maurishka Palace' commenced soon after the ground breaking ceremony held on January 15, 2012," Shrinath Hebbar said.
"The total net worth of the project has come upto Rs 250 crore. Of the 333 luxury flats, 300 have been already sold," he added.
Dr Veerappa Moily, former chief minister of Karnataka and former union minister has will inaugurate 'Maurishka Palace'. B Ramanath Rai, minister for forest, environment and ecology will inaugurate the 'Club House', Ramesh Kumar, chairman and managing director of Janata Construction will inaugurate 'Block A' and Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi, chancellor of Yenepoya University will inaugurate 'Block B' of the project.
MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, MLA J R Lobo, corporator Ashok D K and mayor Jacintha Vijaya Alfred will preside over the ceremony.
Peter Mascarenhas, Baba Alankar, Lancy D'Souza and others were also present on this occasion.
