Mangaluru: Land Trades 'Brookside' inaugurated, two more projects launched

Mangaluru, Jan 18: 'Brookside' apartments, a project of Land Trades, was inaugurated at Morgan's Gate here on Sunday January 18.

Mayor Mahabala Maarla inaugurated the complex by cutting the ribbon and by lighting the ceremonial lamp along with deputy mayor Kavita Vasu.

Addressing the gathering Maarla said, "Mangaluru is growing fast and with the pace of growth, infrastructure is very essential. Land Trades has contributed a lot to the city's growth. We all have to work towards leaving a healthy and clean city for our next generation. I wish all success for the future endeavours of Land Trades."

Two more projects launched

Foundation stones were laid for two more projects - 'Sanskriti' at Mangaladevi and 'Aashna' at Yemmekere. 'Sanskriti' will be a semi-commercial apartment building where space will be allotted for seven business establishments and the rest will be 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. 'Aashna' at Yemmekere will consist of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

Former mayor Shashidhar Hegde, corporator Ashok Kumar D K, corporator Naveen D'Souza, deputy mayor Kavita Vasu, Anand K, vice-president of Udayavani and others were present on the occasion.
