Udupi, Jul 11: The first dream project of Srinidhi Properties, 'Srinidhi Apartments' was launched and blessed by Sri Vidya Prasannateertha Swamiji of Kukke Subramanya on Friday July 11 near Diana Talkies, MGM Road, Kukikatte.
After launching the project, the Swamiji said that he knew Tantry family since long and lauded the late K R Sripathy Tantry's son Krishna Raj Tantry for making his father's dream a reality.
He said, "Agriculture and constructing houses were profitable during the olden days; but today the construction business has risen to greater heights."
Swamiji wished that the project becomes a new landmark in the city.
"Experience is important in business. Along with experience one should put efforts to reach great heights and also have God's grace and blessings. All these are true about Krishna Raj Tantry and I am sure he will be successful in his new venture," blessed the Swamiji.
He also released the brochure of the project and launched the new website (www.srinidhiproperties.in) of the company.
Prabakar Bhat purchased a flat with advance payment on the spot.
Promoter Krishna Raj Tantry, Nanda Kumar of Nanda Kumar Associates, Udupi, Shridhar Tantry, Shantharam Salonkar, councilor, CMC Udupi and others were present on the occasion.

About the Project
