UAE, Serbia sign agreements


Abu Dhabi, Feb 19 (IANS/WAM): The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Serbia have signed agreements for cooperation and promoting investments.

The agreements were signed Monday during a meet between the UAE's Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the visiting Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic here.

On this occasion, both sides also issued a joint statement on establishing strategic relations between them.

Vucic is also Serbia's defence minister.
