Mangalore: Vishwas Builder's Vishwas Planet Inaugurated in City

Mangalore, May 24: ‘Vishwas Planet’ a residential apartment, the project of ‘Vishwas Bawa Builders’, a premier real estate builder’s was formally inaugurated here near Pandeshwar on Thursday, May 24.

Gopal Suvarna, owner of the land, inaugurated  the apartment. Devadas Kumar, YK Shenoy, Shashi Kumar, Jaya Nayak, Pushpa Teacher, Zubair and Lakshmi Narayan, Desmond Peter Fernandes, Jeffry Pallanna, Ashok Poojary, Shobha D Kanchan, corporator Diwakar and owner of all 35 flats were present at the grand inauguration.

After inaugurating the residential apartment, Gopal Suvarna said that Rauf is the example for communal harmony. He has practiced and followed the ways and rites of Hindu religion even though he comes from another religion. The foundation stone laying ceremony was in accordance with the custom of Hindu religion, he added.

"Initially when I was the owner of this location, I has requested him of two things; firstly, I asked him to plant trees along with the flat and secondly to do water harvesting. He has provided both of them without asking the flat owners for singly penny. That’s why Rauf is the favorite of many ", said Gopal.
Abdul Rauf Puthige presided over the occasion and thanked all those who directly and indirectly helped in constructing the building. Ashraf Bawa too was present on the occasion.

‘Vishwas Planet’ is the 20th project of the company. This apartment consists of as many as 35 flats including gym, children’s play area, 24x7 generator and lift.
