Carmine Saldanha (nee Sequeira) (81), wife of the late Lawrence Saldanha, mother of Ivan / Succourina, Mabel / Ayyub, Joyce / Robert, the late Jacintha / Benedict, Gladys / the late Joe and Naveen / Zeena, grandmother of Sybil, Reuben, Sonia / Lendl, Kingsley, Kimberly, Krystal, Junal, Joylon, Janice and Neha, passed away on December 3, 2020.

Mortal remains will be brought to residence 'Carmine Villa' 2nd Cross, Kodikal, Mangalore for public viewing from 1.30 pm onwards on Friday, December 4.

Funeral cortege leaves residence for St Dominic Church, Ashoknagar, Mangalore on Friday, December 4 at 3pm followed by Mass and burial at Urwa Church cemetery.

Carmine Bai is well known to old residents of Valencia as their family was staying here in Gorigudda for a long time. Her husband Loriab was running a restaurant near Valencia park here about sixty year ago. She had worked in the Gulf for sometime after the sad demise of her husband.
