Sr Margaret Rose A.C. (71), daughter of the late Balthazar and Bridget D'Souza, Karkal, sister of Lawrence, Winny, Sr Franscisca SMMI, Bangalore, Sr. Mary A.C., Patna passed away on Friday, June 5th at St. Mary's Convent, Marjil, Mangalore.

Funeral Mass will be at 3 p.m.on Saturday, June 6th at Milagress Church, Mangalore.

She has served in different convents of the Apostolic Carmel Congregation in various capacities, specially in the field of education. She is a person who lived for others at home, in the convent and everywhere.

Sr.Maggi....she was lovingly known in Mary Immaculate High School, Bangalore was my class teacher for a year. She was always known for her being disciplained and at the same time loving to all.May her soul rest in peace.

Sr. Margaret Rose taught in Primary school at Gangolli and taught catechism to Parish children. She was really a kind and friendly person. In her death we lost a holy and lovable A.C. nun. May God bless her with heavenly peace.

Sr.Maggi as she was fondly called by all her students at Mary Immaculate high school taught us both geography and hindhi. I have wonderful memories of her as she taught both me and my sister. May the Lord grant her eternal rest.
