Anil Madtha (40), formerly of Anil Caterers, Puttur, son of Alice (nee Lobo, Vittal, retired teacher, Puttur,) and the late Frederick Madtha (Indian Navy), husband of Sunita nee Pereira and brother of Fr Ivan Madtha (of Bible magic fame) and Oswald Gratian, Dubai ( + Nirmala Jane nee Rego of Jamnagar, Gujarat), passed away on the morning of Saturday, February 21, 2009, after a brief illness.

Funeral cortege leaves residence 'Shanti Nivas', Kemminje, Puttur for Yelmudy cemetery chapel at 4-00 pm on Sunday, February 22, 2009, followed by Requiem Mass.

I was shocked to hear about the sad demise of Mr. Anil Madtha, S/O Mrs. Alice Madtha and brother of Fr. Ivan Madtha. Please accept my sincere condolences. Ivan I am deeply feeling sorry for you that this tragedy has come after your own personal tragedy few years ago.
