Kundapur: Woman commits suicide by consuming poison

Kundapur, Jan 23: Sannakka Poojarthi, a resident of Kelasalimakki in Amasebail in the taluk, ended her life by consuming poison on Friday January 22.

Sannakka was suffering from cancer for the last two years. Even though she was getting treatment for the same, there was no improvement in her condition. Frustrated by this, it is said, she chose to end her life.
