N Seetharama, Prantha Saha Seva Pramuk, Rashtriya Swayamseva Sangha, Karnataka South will be the key speaker. Sanjith Naik- the secretary of Shakthi Education Trust will be the chief guest.
Dr K C Naik the administrator of Shakthi Education Trust will preside over the function.
