Panaji, Nov 30: Goa's coronavirus caseload went up by 159 and reached 47,963 on Monday, a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 688 as one patient succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 45,940 with 150 of them getting discharged on Monday. The number of active cases is now 1335, the official said.
"A total of 1,672 samples were tested during the day," he added.
